Within the course, we will explore a variety of specific stretching techniques with regards to specific athletic sports. We will be utilizing Active Isolated Stretching along with Corrective Exercise and Pin & Stretch to formulate an appropriate position-specific stretching and corrective approach.
Participants in this workshop may request to focus on their individual athletic sports of interest they would like to learn.
